Sport Massage seeks to reinvigorate the athlete during training.
This Massage is divided into 3 categories:
Pre-event Massage: A stimulating massage before competition helps to warm up the muscles, tissues and joints prior to strenuous activity
Post-event Massage: A massage to assist with the relaxation of the muscles, elimination of toxins and reduction of fatigue caused by intense exercise.
Maintenance Massage: This massage helps to maintain muscle tone, reduces the chance of future injuries, and prepares the muscle for the next competition.
